8:00  Banderas Bay Blast (BBB)

BBB Logo small3 DAYS OF SAILING FUN ON THE BAY! DECEMBER  11 - 13 
This is a chance to catch up with old friends, be happy that we’re all back together, and get ready for some amazing sailing on the bay.
  • DAY 1 - There will be a Banderas Bay "Meet N’ Greet" at the La Cruz Marina Amphitheater.
  • DAY 2 - Weather run to Punta de Mita. Pursuit-start.
  • DAY 3 - Morning: Punta de Mita, Pirates for Pupils charity event for school supplies for the local schools. Start times and skippers meeting 11:00 AM at El Coral.
  • DAY 3 - Evening: Final awards party at VYC. Live music, great food, great fun (plenty of trouble)

PIRATES FOR PUPILS  -   The best dressed pirates will have their 10 minutes of fame at Latitude 38!   100% of all riders' donations of 250 pesos each, goes 100% towards supplies for schools in Punta de Mita and Bucerias!  For more information go to the VYC website: https://www.vallartayachtclub.org/en/register-for-upcoming-events/44-banderas-bay-blast-2024

boat parade 300pxEnjoy celebration of the holiday season with a parade of our Junior Sailors in boats that have been lighted for the season. In Mexican tradition, the club will be serving Pozole and Tomalies. You can enjoy wonderful traditional food and drink, and watch the parade from the club's patio.
