The 2024 AGM is Sunday, April 7, 2024 at Vallarta Yacht Club.
The meeting will start at 11AM.
The Change of Watch Ceremony to install our new Officers and Directors will take place immediately after the AGM.
The official notice, agenda, ballot, and minutes of the last AGM are attached.
You must be a voting member (Plankowner or Flag) in good standing to vote at the AGM.
You may vote electronically (link in the attached ballot) before 5:00 PM on Saturday April 6, 2024.
If you have not yet paid your 2024 dues, please pay them before the AGM. You may either pay in person at VYC or online at: Pay Dues <-- Link

La Asamblea General Anual 2024 es el domingo 7 de abril de 2024 en Vallarta Yacht Club.
La reunión comenzará a las 11 a.m.
La Ceremonia de Cambio de Guardia para instalar a nuestros nuevos Funcionarios y Directores se llevará a cabo inmediatamente después de la Asamblea General Anual.
Se adjunta el oficio, orden del día, papeleta y acta de la última Asamblea General Anual.
Debe ser un miembro votante (Propietario de Plank o Bandera) con buena reputación para votar en la Asamblea General Anual.
Puede votar electrónicamente (enlace en la boleta adjunta) antes de las 5:00 p. m. del sábado 6 de abril de 2024.
