Presented by: Pablo Fernandez.   Pablo is General Manager of Marina Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta and has sailed all his life.  He has been very involved nationally and internationally in regattas including, MXORC, Mexican Sailing Federation, and the Americas Cup.  Pablo is well kown in the sailing community and has a vast knowledge of Pacific Coastal waters.
