8:00 - 9:00 Christmas Toy Collection
December 1-24, the VYC will be collecting gifts for children of Families at the Dump. Give a kid a smile and give a toy at Christmas! These are some of the most disadvantaged families in the Banderas Bay area.
7:00 - 10:00 Christmas Posada - BBCC
A traditional Mexican Posada will be held in Bucerias, to benefit the BBCC. For details call Bucerias Bilingual Community Center at 01(329) 298-3527 .

8:00 - 9:00 PEACE Home Tours
Tour the most beautiful homes in the area, while supporting a good cause! Starting Nov 22, 2011 and continuing through March 27, 2012 you can tour a different home each week. The 3 hour tour visits 4 unique homes each weekand ends at a small family-owned local restaurant for an authentic tortilla-making demonstration by 88-year old “Mama Lucas,” with complimentary tortilla and salsa samples. Funds from the Home Tours directly support the charitable programs of PEACE including the community garden in Caloso, a mobile educational classroom, adult education classes and the Work for Food program. Vallarta Yacht Club is and always will be an independent, volunteer-run, non-profit organization of boating enthusiasts. Our mission is:

To provide an attractive, comfortable, and active private social environment for residents of and visitors to Banderas Bay who have interest in yachting, other aquatic activities, sport fishing, sport diving, and related social activities.
To promote, sponsor, manage, and provide facilities for amateur and professional regional, national, and international aquatic events such as yacht regattas and rallies, sport fishing tournaments, sport diving events, and marine training and educational programs and seminars.
To sponsor charitable events and activities which benefit the Banderas Bay region and its residents.
